Grapefruit-Yogurt Pound Cake
I said yesterday that I have two cakes in my to-do list for the weekend but I haven't decided which one to make first. I guess I did it alphabetically so I opted to do grapefruit-yogurt pound cake yesterday. I was not able to blog about it last night because I got busy and had to cook other stuff. Anyway, it turned out really well and even without soaking cake in grapefruit juice while the cake is still warm, it is moist to begin with. I guess it’s because of the yogurt and the vegetable oil. I also mixed the grapefruit zest with sugar before adding it into the mix. It is so delicious and if you're into citrusy flavors, this one's for you!
