Happy St. Patrick's Day



I may have forgotten to bake a cake for St. Paddy but there are green velvet cupcakes coming out from the oven soon (last year was a cake with chopped walnuts over cream cheese frosting). And dinner is so in honor of him. I cooked some spaghetti then made a simple sauce which is done in a blender. It is a mixture of evoo, garlic, salt and pepper, grated parmesan cheese and Italian parsley. So easy but so tasty and something different and definitely St. Patrick green.



For my dessert, what could be better than key lime jello mousse so refreshing and yummy which reminds me- I need to stock up again on jell-o mixes for spring and summer.
