Shrimps.... easy and delicious
Shrimps are the easiest to cook and darn good whether simply steamed, skewered and grilled, added into soups, in salads, breaded and deep fried, in coconut milk, in white wine, even with Sprite. Ah, the possibilities are endless. I’ve made dishes using different sizes of shrimps- from the smallest to really large ones. Each dish giving the same result- delicioso!
Spicy-sour soup with crab legs and daikon
With white wine, salt and pepper with a little butter
With stir-fry noodles
Cooked in a little canola oil, garlic, tomato ketchup, chili flakes, salt, pepper, a little sugar and spring onion
Cooked in peanut sauce with mixed vegetables and other seafoods
Shrimp tempura
In tamarind soup base, yellow chillies and cilantro
Shrimp and pasta
