What's in your flour and have you heard of these new products?
This is an interesting read which I want to share with you. I used to hoard different kinds of flours and I still have some to fill my needs but this is really helpful to distinguish one from the other and to help you come up with better baked goodies.
I went grocery shopping yesterday and found these new snacks. I keep some in my office and in my car (which is an extension of our pantry) for emergency purposes.
And in case you're too busy to notice - it's cherry season! They're at its sweetest...
