Raspberry cream filled sponge cake

I don't know why I'm so enamored with sponge cakes and angel food cakes again. Well, that’s why I prefer these cakes over anything else --- coz’ I can eat every morsel and not be scraping off frosting and decorations thus wasting nothing ha ha ha ha. Simple but so delicious! Tonight I made raspberry cream filled sponge cake and I had two slices...... hmmmm bad bad bad girl! But it's soooooo yummy! I think I'm going to make a raspberry cream roll tomorrow night….. watch! But look at the cake -- i have uneven layers--- in my haste so I could sink my teeth into it...lol ...
