Gung Hay Fat Choy!

I wish I have prepared something more fancy but I'm kind of swamped today.  Besides this is the best way I remember (and celebrate in a way) Chinese New Year- rice cakes dipped in egg then pan fried and served with tea.
Thank you K for the yummy rice cakes.  The one with red beans remains my favorite.  Gung Hay Fat Choy!
