Nutella Cream Cheese

Here goes, Anonymous! I told you I'm going to make it and I did! Nutella by itself is Pietro Ferrero's greatest contribution to the world of gastronomy and cream cheese- I love it and I can't imagine my fridge without it as it is essential to most of my desserts, frosting, even savory dishes and as a plain spread for toasts and crackers. It's just a matter or mixing the right amount of Nutella and cream cheese to have a balanced flavor and whipping it really good to have a silky finish. It tastes like ice cream and I love the fact that it's not so sweet so I can literally lick my spoon without grabbing something like fruit or a piece of bread or water to down the sweetness.

1 1/2 pkg regular cream cheese
1/2 cup Nutella

With an electric mixer, whip till creamy and silky and you're good to go. Isn't that the easiest spread to make in this planet and oh so yummy!
