My first acquisition for 2011

I’m not big on New Year’s resolutions but I did promise myself not to hoard ingredients and cooking supplies with short shelf life if I’m not sure I’m up to the task of cooking everything that comes to mind before expiration date. I also vowed to myself not buy anymore or ask people to buy cookbooks for me- at least this year because I just have so much and I haven’t as much as flipped through the pages. But there is one thing I really can’t not have this year and I’m so happy to find the site to get it. My real timpano bowl!
